We may decline a refund where there is evidence of repeated buy-and-refund of the same product, or where the request arrives after the 14-day window. Free pages on this site are free to read and involve no payment.
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can lapse once download begins with your express consent — but we do not rely on that lapse: we honour the full 14 days regardless.
Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a subscription or purchase may be withdrawn within 7 days of the transaction. Our 14-day policy is longer than that minimum and applies instead.

We respond within 3 business days; the money reaches your card or account on the provider’s normal schedule.
